Today Matters Mental Health Inc. runs on the belief that no one should have to carry a mental health struggle in silence. Your donation goes directly toward the work of removing that silence — bringing in nationally known guests for live, in-person interviews, maintaining the community resource links people rely on to find real help, and building out CPE (Crisis Prevention Empowerment) to equip individuals and communities before a crisis takes hold.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every gift is tax-deductible and goes toward visibility in the community and surrounding areas, and toward hosting the guests who make these conversations possible. Whatever you're able to give, it becomes part of someone else's reason to keep going.
